• Our fee structure is in line with (and in many cases substantially less than) the majority of professional Homesearch Agents, without prejudicing the level of service.
• Our low Registration Fee of £350.00 enables us to work only for you within your specification – this is payable at commencement.
• 1.25% of the final purchase price payable upon “Exchange of Contract”.
• An additional bonus to you is that we do not charge VAT on our services.
• We actively work for you for a period of 6 months continuously. We will reassess with you the budget and specification should the search prove unsuccessful after about 3 months to ensure you are alerted to all ‘possibilities’.
• Should your circumstances change we reserve the right to invoice ‘costs to date’ on an agreed basis.
