We will use our particular knowledge, experience and skills to research the market for properties meeting your requirements, as stated on the “Client Form” on the reverse of this page and assist you in your house selection and the purchase process.

We will assist in finding local professionals as required, although we cannot accept liability for their competence or expertise and do not recommend or endorse such companies or individuals.

We will further assist in other aspects of the purchase transaction up to the point of “Completion”.

We will liaise between you and the service providers but cannot undertake to oversee such work or works.

We are not able to offer any form of guarantee in terms of success in finding a property which suits you in every respect but will make every endeavour to advise you of every property we find which matches your specification and assist in the viewing and other procedures for a period of 6 months from the date on this form.

We reserve the right to call for a re-assessment after 3 months where a reasonable number of properties have been advised to you but not pursued by you, or where the specification changes significantly at any point.

We are not, and do not purport to be Estate Agents, Surveyors, Architects, Builders, Engineers, Legal Experts, Planning Experts or Investment Advisors and you should not rely upon us to advise you in matters normally undertaken by such professionals, where opinion is sought of us, we will endeavour to respond with the benefits of previous experience and common sense and this will be expressed only as a personal observation.
