- There are occasions where agents place a property “Quietly on the market” and others where an individual will advise us of a ‘private sale’ – invariably for reasons of confidentiality or security – either of which can enhance your prospects.
- It is gratifying to know that we generally find more than one very acceptable house in our initial sweep of the market and in most cases it is considered good advice to proceed without delay.
- Because we are paid by you, we act solely on your behalf. We have no financial incentives or interests in any of the properties we introduce to you.
- We assist in the negotiations of the property, acting as we do, in your best interests as the buyer.
- We will give you a copy of our own “Directory” –of suppliers and services – gained over many years to put you in touch with the some of the local companies, surgeries, hospitals, post offices etc. you may need in the early days.
- We also assist in finding solicitors, financing, surveyors, architects, specialist contractors, etc, as necessary, obtaining initial quotes for their services and later, liasing between them to ensure that you are kept abreast of progress and development.
