• Reading through all the agent’s property particulars to establish whether they conform to your stated requirements.
• View the outside and environs of the properties selected as “possibles”.
• Where relevant take digital photographs.
• Report back to you by telephone, fax, email or SMS, as is most appropriate.
• Determine your preferences and take note of any specific questions or issues.
• Arrange full viewing with the agents and again take photographs where possible or as you require.
• Report back to you and determine whether a personal visit and viewing by you is relevant.
• Arrange viewing appointments for you.
• Meet and escourt you to the property or properties, followed by an orientation of the immediate areas.
