We undertake an intensive and comprehensive search, precisely tailored to your personal requirements. We take away from you the time consuming work in researching the market, amassing the property details, assessing the specifications in relation to your requirements by being 'on the spot' , we save our clients time, money and wasted journeys in viewing properties which sound ideal on paper but in reality are a disappointment. We arrange your viewings and we accompany you at all times to help you find your way around the area, to inspect the selected properties and assist you to evaluate each property with sound advice.

We will identify and provide details of solicitors, surveyors, architects, landscape professionals or an 'AGA' specialist, as required. We assist throughout the purchase process, maintaining contact with the vendors Agents, conveyancing lawyers and yourselves.

We keep our client list to a small manageable level and each client is given personal attention throughout. We operate a simple fee structure consisting of a registration fee of 350 plus 1.25% of the final purchase price, which does not become due until Contracts have been exchanged.

More importantly for you - we keep below the Value Added Tax threshold which means that we do not add 17.5% VAT to our fees.
